Fleet Transfer

Fleet Transfer is a system that collects more than 10,000 measurement points from VDRs, engine data loggers, etc., at a maximum sampling interval of 1 second using a small PC installed on board and transmits the data to a designated server on land. The transmitted data can be used for in-service analysis, comparative analysis with other ships, etc. We also provide Fleet Monitor, which is the base of Fleet Transfer, and since it has a land-based display screen, it is possible to monitor the vessels in charge via the Internet. We provide technical support for this product.

Ship Performance Analysis

Regarding performance analysis of a ship in service in the actual sea area, the navigation performance in the actual sea area is analyzed from disturbance information such as ship velocity, horsepower, wind, and waves obtained from the actual ship measurement. In addition, by constructing a new high-precision model that can evaluate performance in actual seas using tank tests and CFD, we will determine the navigational performance of the target vessel on specific routes and a year-month basis.

Optimal Trim Calculation System

It is an essential technical issue in reducing fuel consumption to optimize trim theoretically and with high accuracy for any hull form and loading condition, instead of relying on the experience and intuition of the crew. Thus we have developed an optimum trim calculation system that can be applied to various hull forms.
This system conducts tank tests and CFD calculations and carries out actual ship tests for each ship, making it possible to estimate performance on actual ships with high accuracy.

Weather Routing is the system to search for the optimal route to save energy according to the weather forecasts.
